The property consists of 147 acres of rolling hills that
have been partially developed with 42 acres planted to varietal wine grapes
including 18 acres of Merlot planted in 1995; about 10 acres of Chardonnay
(1990) and 14 acres of Petite Sirah in 2004. The vine blocks are located in
the SE corner of the property. County Road 19 stretches a 1/2 mile along the
south boundary and provides excellen access into the property with good
commercial exposure.
