of land, produces both AOC and VDP wines.

Outbuildings
A large building of 300m2 needs complete renovation. An agricultural hangar
of 120m2 is used to store equipment.
Chai
The cellar, of 500m2, has been completely renovated and is fully
operational. It has a total capacity of 2,770 hl. The winemaking is
carried out in a good quality cement vat of 1,200 hl and additional small
vats of between 140 and 180 hl. All the necessary equipment is available,
including a press, filter, pump and cold store. The wine is stored in
fibreglass vats totalling 870 hl (9 x 60 hl and 3 x 110 l) and in 700 hl of
cement vats.
Equipment
The equipment is new and of good quality. The harvesting machine is a
C.U.M.A.
Turnover
The wine is currently sold in bulk to a negociant for an annual price of
nearly 90,000 euros.
