This vineyard for sale is located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in France. It has a small vineyard established of about 5 ha (50 000 m2) of AOC Côtes du Rhône. It has a house of about 120 m2 on it that could be extended. There is also a nice wine cellar with the capacity of 460 hl and it has all the modern equipment you will need to run your own vineyard. It currently produces about 20 000 liters of wine every year and the whole production is sold in the vineyards own little wine shop. On the equipment side can be mentioned that it has 4 tractors for the vineyard and a full shelter built for the vineyard equipment. It is on the market for 730 000 Euros. Over all could be said that this is probably on the lower budget in France when you are looking at buying a vineyard that is producing a first class wine and come fully equipped. There are several estate agents in France who offer several vineyards for sale. We only found this one through looking at estate agents that advertised online.
