Buying a vineyard or a property for a vineyard is something that could be very different depending on where you want to buy. This page has been divided in to a few sections for different regions in the world. For now I have added the following: Buy a vineyard in Spain. Vineyards and property in Spain that could be good for a vineyard. Well when it comes to establishing your own vineyard then this is my favourite place! Buy a vineyard in France. Being part of the “new world wines” Australia has a lot of vineyards. Some of them you can buy for cheap money to, and they sure produce LOTS of wine! Buy a vineyard in Romania. Maybe not the first thought for many, but have you seen the prices on vineyard property in Romania? 1 Jan 2007 they are part of the EU and you can really buy some really cheap property here! I am going to add more regions later as soon as I have investigated a little more about different areas. For sure South America is coming up with its massive vineyards and a section will also be available for New Zeeland soon. We have found several propertys perfect for a new vineyard hen looking on the net. There are lots of rural property for sale in Spain and many "fincas" for sale in Spain that already has a production of grapes and manytimes has a long established realtions ship with a vineyard. Many rural propertys in Spain are planted with grapes, almonds, and olives. This will then be easy to convert in to a poperty that can produce an income for you. Note that not all rural propertys in Spain can be built on or planted or in any other way conveted in to a vineyard. Make sure you know what rules aply the in the area where you are looking to buy a rural property. I will keep adding property on this page that I think would be suited for a vineyard. I have been shoping around now for a while and looked for a nice property in Spain for some time.
